Trial confirmation was scheduled this morning for alleged molestor Mario Alexander. Even though the possibility of resolution was mentioned off record by defense, before the case was called, the jury trial scheduled for December 10 was confirmed today. Alleged victim is his stepdaughter.
Given the holidays, the trial estimate was increased from four weeks to five weeks.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Alexander is represented by Mr. Russ Clanton.
