Initial information:Truck hauling a crane damages overpass and chunks of concrete are scattered in the lanes, near Guintoli exit. Truck stopped at first, then left scene left scene. Law enforcement ooking for truck.
More information: Black dumptruck pulling a loader last seen on Sunset. Several vehicles are pulled over with blown tires. Cal trans enroute.
