The Trump administration wants the Supreme Court to hear three cases on the President's decision to ban transgender troops

The Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to consolidate three cases and rule on the President's decision to ban transgender troops from serving in the military.

A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments in one of the cases in October but hasn't ruled yet. The D.C. Court of Appeals is set to hear arguments in another case on Dec. 10.

Nothing from the Human Rights Campaign Fund but GLAAD, Lambda Legal and National Center for Transgender Equality have some tweets in response.
