Be on the lookout for Charles Flinn, high risk offender who allegedly cut off his monitor and took off in a pickup truck

BOLO was issued for Charles Steven Flinn, age 50, high risk offender,  who cut off his electronic monitor and took off in an "old pickup truck."



BOLO description: Black male, tends to frequent homeless areas

Jail staff said he was booked at 9:23 a.m.  today. Listed as high risk parolee. Booked for a parole violation. No bond at this time, unless a judge rules differently when he appears in court.
