Alleged molestor Michael Franco was arraigned on the following charges today:
Mr. David Celli appeared in court today for Franco's attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case.
Time was not waived. Trial confirmation is scheduled on December 13. Jury trial is scheduled for January 7.
