The defense for Cory Fisher conveniently left out family law case facts that were inconvenient

Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee spent most of his time in his cross examination of EPD Detective Ron Harpham and his oral argument belaboring on the three affadavits Cory Fisher's stepsons and sons were asked to write by Angela Fisher for the family law case.

Angela Fisher asked Cory Fisher to leave the house they shared after the allegations of molestation; she filed for divorce. She has been the sole provider for two of her children, sole emotional support for her children while working a full time job as well as dealing with family law hearings, child custody, support and sale of the residence she shared with Cory Fisher.

Several  cases of alleged molestation have family law cases that are going on at the same time. The court minutes from the family law case are listed below.

Angela Fisher has taken concrete steps  to do what she can, through civil action, to  distance herself and her sons from Cory Fisher. Given how slowly cases move through the Humboldt County courts, the resolution in the family law case was done quickly.

The delay in the criminal case has been from the defense and Cory Fisher. His writ of habeas corpus was denied, his Marsden motion was denied. For Mr. Lee to question how Angela Fisher responded to the allegations that her sons were molested is nothing but deflection from his client.
