Arraignment on information was scheduled for Hikshari trail suspect, Jennifer Willey today. Charges are the same as the preliminary hearing.
Time was not waived. Trial confirmation was April 18. Jury trial on April 30.
After her preliminary, Willey was held to answer on the following charges:
Count 1 is assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. Special allegation is inflicting great bodily injury.
Alleged victim is Tammy Fontaine.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes is prosecuting the case. Mr. David Celli has been appointed to represent Willey.
