A hearing to receive a CONREP recommendation for Ewa Misztal was continued to March 13 by stipulation. The report was received but the hearing was continued to March 29 as Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo had some concerns and wanted to look at the report further after the Jon Goldberg trial had concluded.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is prosecuting this case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is representing Misztal.
