Katherine Zacevich refuses to come to court, case might resolve at next hearing

Pre-trial for PG & E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich was scheduled this morning. She refused to come to court.


Pre-trial put over to November 30 at 10:15. If Zacevich decides to plead, case will resolve. Attorneys still talking about the details of the offer.

The jury trial for Zacevich is scheduled for December 18 at 9:15. Trial confirmation on December 5 at 8:30. 

Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee is representing Zacevich. Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling is prosecuting the case but today Deputy District Attorney Christopher Yi appeared on his behalf.
