"There is nothing wrong with me", Criminal proceedings suspended for PG and E gate crasher after outburst in court
Katherine Zacevich was scheduled to be arraigned this morning for her jury trial in Courtroom 3.
She was arraigned but refused to be fingerprinted, despite her attorney, Mr. David Lee explaining the procedure and the consequences of her refusal, three times.
"I am going to tell you one more time," said Mr. Lee.
Zacevich kept arguing with Mr. Lee.
"We have entertained that doubt but she has demonstrated that today," Mr. Lee told Judge Reinholtsen before declaring doubt about Zacevich's competency.
Criminal proceedings are suspended. Dr. Ramirez will evaluate her. Report due September 18 at 10:15.
Then she asked him, "So, you won't be my attorney anymore?"
Mr. Lee explained about the evaluation.
"There is nothing wrong with me," said Zacevich.
"I think there is," said Mr. Lee.
Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling is prosecuting the case.

David Lee is a compassionate attorney who advocates for his clients no matter how complicated the cases may be.
ReplyDeleteWell with her recent law breaking actions of 2 separate DUIs in June and July of 2017 plus the PG&E gate crashing incident, it would appear that there is definitely something wrong with Katherine Zacevich.
