Kimbery Felder had a hearing scheduled this morning for the People to provide recommendations of doctors. At her last hearing, Felder entered an additional plea of not guilty by insanity.
The hearing was continued to September 26.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Marek Reavis is representing Felder.

The writing is on the wall. Insanity sure gets used 99% of the time. How about lock her up and throw the key away and save the taxpayers millions. How's the daughter doing? She in foster care? Never let this loonie near her daughter-NEVER!
ReplyDelete@camelg1 you know nothing about mental illness and therefore you should not be making comments in regards to mental illness. This poor woman was a normal loving mother whom in the last couple of months leading up to this horrible act showed slight signs of odd behavior. Something snapped and she had a tremendous mental breakdown. Thank God the child survived it and with help she will get through it. But, for you to like you did in the Sept 14, comment you should be ashamed of yourself.I feel sorry for you.
