ReplyDeleteBail is set according to a bail schedule.
DeleteThis is the major flaw in the system. Cleary the charges are lacking. Just because the VICTIM did not die, there is no murder charge. WTF... Why is there no Attempted murder charge just because the VICTIM didn't die during a robbery. Quit screwing around and amend the charges to reflect the severity of the crime. This shit bag is nothing but a common thug with the enhancement of being Psychopath with the ability to kill and walk away. Lock'em back up and clean up some room on Death Row.
ReplyDeleteThey had to extradite him from south Carolina, he is a flight risk! what the hell! He came here from another state with the intention to rob a grower, shot & almost killed someone & had to be extradited from across the country!... makes me feel ill.
ReplyDeleteJudging by his looks, I never would have pegged him as a criminal. Never judge a book by it's cover.
