Dr. Ramirez's report opined that, at this time, Katherine Zacevich is not competent to stand trial. Criminal proceedings were suspended. Zacevich's next court date is in October 10 for receipt of further mental health evaluation.
A report by Dr. Ramirez to evaluate Katherine Zacevich's mental competency is scheduled for this morning.
Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling is prosecuting this case. Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee is representing Zacevich.

So Katherine Zacevich is deemed to be not competent to stand trial, from being declared 'Looney Toones'. Yet she is allowed to operate a motor vehicle on public roads while intoxicated to the point that she now has 2 separate DUI charges against her...
