On 09-13-2017 at about 0900 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of McCullens Avenue for a disturbance call.
Officers set up a perimeter around the trailer and attempted contact with her. Officers and mental health staff were able to begin negotiations with Cooper through an open trailer window.
At one point during negotiations, Cooper brandished a knife. Personnel continued to communicate with Cooper and ultimately were able to get her to exit the trailer, where she was taken into custody.
Cooper was booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on charges of Assault with a Deadly Weapon and vandalism. She is being held on $50,000 bail.
When and where did this gal start screwing up? High school? boyfriend? prior relationship? Where's DHHS's "save the people drug task force" who years ago formed to help the downtrodden? Sure don't hear anything positive about DHHS since King Phil left on his $500,000 retirement salary. Were not supposed to remember-right???
ReplyDeleteShe's the tip of the crappy iceberg with drug abuse and mental instability. A wonderful contribution to Eureka with its spectacular DHHS. Why has all of DHHS gone to crap since King Phil Cranndell left??
