So, the problem near the Heroin Hilton did not go away with boarding the Heroin Hilton, did it?

I had done a walk around in Old Town with former EPD Chief Andrew Mills. He brought the issue of these pallets behind Rent-A-Center to the store that day and has in the past?

As I mentioned in the post, former EPD Chief Andy Mills did take action to stop this from happening. It is not EPD's job to babysit businesses, junkies.

The City's ordinances and law enforcement cannot fix a problem created by the state. This is where City, County and state officials need to represent us at the state level and tell  Governor Jerry Brown that we are not dealing with the consequences of AB 109, Prop 47 and 57 anymore. And stop funding and enabling junkies. If they violate a city ordinance, they should be given two options: jail or the City should create a SWAP program supervised by Probation that wants them released.

I am not going to post the names associated with the posts below because of the stalker anon trolls that do nothing but harass people that are pointing out the truth.

One comment on Facebook:

"Could have burned down some buildings. Junkies trying to "reclaim" the Heroin Hilton built ladders out of pallets and made a bonfire behind the RentIt place. #takebackeureka"

Second comment on facebook:

"At what point will something be done ?? The homeless consistently make temporary homes/Shelter from the pallets Rent-A-Center does not dispose of from their furniture shipments. Endless needles, feces, urine, cop calls. Now burnt pallets ??!?!?!?! WTF?? Yesterday the population utilized a long pallet and made a ladder to get into the recently boarded up Squires Buliding. I called......and nothing.
**clean up after yourself, they have two huge dumpsters and pallets go for free when posted online**
Sorry for the RANT, but I do my best to keep this place clean."
