Will local attorney Andrew Stunich plead to the .32 caliber pistol charges or choose to take this to trial?

Andrew Stunich arraignment scheduled for 9/22. at 8:30 in Courtroom 8.

Charges are Count 1 Carry a loaded firearm on one's person in a city. Count 2 Possess/Etc. a firearm in a public building. Both misdemeanors. The firearm listed in the complaint is a.32 pistol.



Since it is scheduled in early resolution court, Stunich can plead guilty at arraignment.
