Trial confirmation was scheduled this morning for Chad Smith's alleged sexual molestation case. Jury trial for October 2. was vacated, at defense request for a continuance.
Trial setting on October 19 at 8:30.

Weezle must be liking it in there. Initially he wanted a speedy trial, now he's going to drag it out. Probably looking for a plea deal. I hope he's prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
