At the last court hearing, criminal proceedings were suspended after Dr. Ramirez's report was received by the Court. In Dr. Ramirez's opinion, at this time, Zacevich was not competent to stand trial.
Ms. Meagan O'Connell appeared with Zacevich in court today. Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal appeared in court today for Mr. Kling.
People did not object. Next court hearing is on October 31 at 10:15.
Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling is prosecuting this case. Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee is representing Zacevich.
