Desiree Mae Henley, who was with Kattie Yocum at the Blue Heron, arrested yesterday for arson

Desiree Mae Henley was arrested by HCSO yesterday on a previous bench warrant and also booked for PC 451, arson. Henley was released on OR because it was a book and release warrant, not an arrest warrant, according to jail administration.
Deputy District Attorney Adrian Kamada had indicated after the Kattie Yocum preliminary hearing that Henley may be charged as a co conspirator in the Blue Heron incident. Mr. Kamada confirmed Henley has been charged with" arson and aiding and abetting stemming from the fire at the Blue Heron."

According to HCSO Lt. Dennis Young, Henley was also arrested for a restraining order violation.
