PG & E gate crasher Zacevich now deemed competent to stand trial; jury trial set for December 8

At the last court hearing, defense requested Dr. Ramirez re-evaluate PG & E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich.The second opinion by Dr. Ramirez deemed Zacevich "competent to stand trial."


Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee agreed with the second evaluation, telling Judge Timothy Cissna, "as time passed we knew her competency would be restored in jail."

The jury trial for Zacevich is scheduled for December 18 at 9:15. Trial confirmation on December 5 at 8:30. A pre trial is scheduled for November 7 at 10:15. Her misdemeanor case is "trailing" this felony case. Details of charges in previous coverage.
