Horacio Miranda is "unfamiliar with the criminal justice system"; his record says otherwise

Horacio Miranda must have forgotten his record in the Humboldt County Superior Court system.

Note the date on the cases that were dismissed. Note when the date he plead in the second degree robbery case.

Horacio also has two family support cases in the system. In one of the cases, the mother of his progeny  is Amy Burgess.

According to a source, Miranda is "a violent gang member who's been involved with and a suspect in many violent crimes in Humboldt. I know he was considered a homicide suspect for Dax Brown and was part of a hatchet fight at the Budget hotel."

This post is about an incident at the Budget motel. There was no follow up because the 18 year old victim refused to cooperate.

I have made contact with EPD regarding both these statements  about Dax Brown and the Budget Motel case. In order not to jeopardize any ongoing investigation, EPD explained why and will send me a response on Tuesday.
