Status of doctor' report for Ewa Misztal was continued for the third time today. The next court date is November 8. At least, since the last court hearing, Dr. Chamberlain finally met with Misztal last week.
Even Misztal's attorney, Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo smiled at the prosecutor's comment, which pretty sums up the status of the case and any efforts at potential resolution. Ine doctor, Dr. Soper has already provided a report.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer told Judge Dale Reinholtsen,"I am frustrated but I appreciate his effort."
It was scheduled for September 27 and continued again to October 26. It had been continued from August 24 to accomodate Dr. Chamberlain's schedule.
