First the wildfires in Northern California came for your wine. Now they're coming for your weed."
"Twenty-two fires have destroyed more than 170,000 acres of the Golden State, and pot growers are beginning to report devastation to their crops, some of which would be the first legal recreational weed in the state."

"The Northern California wildfires this week have destroyed at least seven marijuana farms just months before the state begins licensing legal sales of cannabis, making it the “worst year on record” for loss of crops", according to Hezekiah Allen.

"Thousands of buildings and businesses have burned down in Northern California since wildfires started to sweep through the region Sunday night, and several marijuana farms in the so-called Emerald Triangle have gone up in smoke.
It's a heavy hit for owners, who don't have insurance on their crops because of federal laws against marijuana."

  2. Good ole supply and demand. The talk this year was excessive pot, low prices. Now this dream of high price yield is back. Who would ever have seen this "fire" reduction coming? Sure not the growers who very likely didn't have any suppression systems in place. Heh it never burns around here! Puff puff.

  3. A few grows burned is not going to influence anything. High price yield is not back because of a couple mishaps with the fires.
    Good people don't drink alcohol.

    Use a bit of logic.
