Desiree Henley who claimed Kattie Rae Yocum set fire to the Blue Heron was arrested on a bench warrant yesterday

Desiree Henley was picked up on a bench warrant yesterday at 12:31 p.m. by EPD.
Henley claimed she was with Kattie Rae Yocum  when Yocum allegedly set fire to the Blue Heron.

The bench warrant was issued for a failure to appear for a review hearing on March 23,2017. That hearing was for a case from 2015; Henley plead guilty to a misdemeanor DUI charge.
