David Nicoletti alleges wrongful termination by Green Road Consulting in a civil lawsuit

A case management conference was scheduled at 1:30 in a case alleging wrongful termination by Green Road Consulting.


David Nicoletti, represented by Peter Martin, is suing Green Road Consulting. GRC is being represented by Cynthia Kosiak.
The complaint was filed  7/7/17. According to court  computer records, today is the first actual day in court. The file has been with Judge Timothy Cissna since 10/2017 according to court records.

Acccording to his social media profiles, Nicoletti is a civil engineer.

    Going by this just terrific POT supporting cameo, I'd say this dude was smoking on the job or high more often than not at work? Quote says 31 years of experience on 2014. How did you piss off LACO? It had to be pretty radical man-yeh dude!
