Mckinleyville resident Clinton Ellis-Gilmore has been charged with PC 314 (1) one count of indecent exposure. Arraignment is on 9/25. I had more details in my post about his arrest than the DA's complaint.
9/25: Public Defender was appointed. Trial confirmation is on 10/24; jury trial on 10/30.
