Rhett August arraignment continued to have substitution filed by private attorney

 

Yesterday, Rhett August's arraignment on information was continued by defense to 6/9. Confirmation  of counsel is scheduled for the same date.

Ms. Kathleen Bryson to file substitution of attorney.

6/9: Arraignment on information and confirmation of counsel continued again to 6/15 because August is in quarantine. 

6/15: August arraigned. Ms. Bryson retained as attorney. Trial assignment on 9/22; jury trial is 10/3.

9/22: Defense motion to continue granted. 10/3 date vacated. Trial Confirmation 2/6/23; jury trial 2/21/23.

2/6: Trial Confirmation continued by DA to 2/15.
