Benjamin Leo Pesch was arrested yesterday on an arrest warrant for PC 288 (c) (1) lewd act upon a child. John Doe was 15 years old at the time.
Complaint and arrest warrant filed by District Attorney on 5/24/22. Pesch has a Sunnyvale address listed in court records.
