Dominick Severens arrested for hit and run and other charges for the Harris and M incident

 

I reported yesterday on an arrest near Harris and M. Today, I got the booking photo and information from EPD Crime Analyst and PIO Brittany Powell.

"20 year old Dominick Severens was arrested for hit and run causing property damage, carrying a loaded firearm in public, driving without a license, and possession of paraphernalia."

"It appears Severens was driving when he swerved for unknown reasons and crashed into parked cars.  He climbed out of the vehicle and began running on foot.  He was stopped and detained by citizens without further incident.  He was in possession of a firearm but did not brandish or threaten it on any one.  No injuries were reported."

Severns has court cases and his most recent arrest was on August 23, 2021 for VC12500(a), driving without a license. He was released on O.R.
