In March I reported on Kurt Kernen of Kernen Construction Company and Norman Farley and them involved in a legal dispute with Mercer Fraser the California Department of Transportation.
On April 30, due to talks of settlement and the dismissal which is scheduled on June 18, I did not post an update.
Anyone can post a press release but covering court and reporting requires paying attention and finding original news that is relevant.
It requires talent, a knack for news and doing your job despite technical challenges, posting live and multi tasking.
Covering a random hearing here and there regularly, including during a jury trial, is not court reporting.
