Don't know if he was high today and couldn't smell the odor of alcohol on him today but I wasn't standing next to him or trying to engage him.
Thomas Blaquelorde sneaked up to me while I was at a gas station, ranting threats. I told him to stay where he was and I wasn't interested in what he had to say. He has already been warned once when he tried this stunt at the Courthouse in front of security.
When he tried to follow me, I took out my phone and started dialing EPD dispatch. Walked home which is close by. He knows where I live.
If Blaquelorde has a home, he isn't living there. He used to hang out at the law library during the day Since the shelter in place, that option is not available.
He can be seen hanging out on the streets, last time on the steps near one of the offices on 5th Street and J.
He has stalked and harassed me and others at the Courthouse, including attorneys.
This man is offering legal advice to people in Humboldt and filing documents. I was told he is claiming to be a paralegal and signs J.D. next to his name.
His name doesn't come up in the California State Bar or the California Certified Paralegal search.
