Samantha Luna and her attorney just cannot get through court without some drama

Trial setting as well as ruling on motion for her attorney's request for ancillary fees was scheduled for Samantha Luna this morning.

Luna did show up.  The attorneys argued over setting a trial date. The People wanted to set dates today  and Luna's attorney,  William Panzer wanted to wait pending the ruling on the court paying the expert witness fees.

Judge Kaleb Cockrum who is the funding judge will rule on Panzer's request.

Trial confirmation is January 6, 2020. Jury trial is January 21, 2020.
