EPD Officer Aello and Swanson are having a busy night. They were at the 4th and I street collision. Now, just left to book a male suspect at the Humboldt County jail. Officer Jansen also responded to the call.
The suspect was arrested for alleged violation of being disruptive at a business. After the manager at Gallagher's asked him to leave, let's just say he was less than cooperative.
I was near 2nd and C when I heard, "Get the fuck out of here" and several people standing outside Gallagher's.
Some customers left; others went across the street to Chapala's to have dinner.
Thomas Andrew Anastasia was booked on charges of PC 602. 1 (a) and released on OR. He was arrested again on Saturday for public intoxication and released.
