Alleged molestor Andrew Cunningham was arraigned on information this morning. Charges are slightly different in the complaint filed for jury trial.
Charges for jury trial:
Trial confirmation is scheduled for November 28. Jury trial for December 10.
Charges for preliminary hearing:
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer. Cunningham is represented by Mr. Michael Robinson.
