Further intervention was scheduled
on September 4 for carjacking and robbery suspect Nicholas Savieo.
Preliminary scheduled for September 5 was vacated. Intervention scheduled for October 1. Preliminary scheduled for October 3.
Savieo was arraigned on two cases and alleged violation of probation.
Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee is representing Savieo
Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham is prosecuting the cases.
