Setting for Richard Dean preliminary continued to January 3

A second doctor was expected to be appointed and setting of a new preliminary hearing was scheduled for today for Richard Dean.   Defense request to continue granted.
New date January 3.

Dean, is charged with the murder of a 52 year old in Arcata.


Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Kelly Neel is representing Dean.

    The BS stall continues. Does anyone in the court system still have a set of _ahones to do something right for a chance????
