Intervention and setting was scheduled this afternoon for Michael Esghipour. Mr. Patrik Griego and Mr. Greg Rael are representing Esghipour.
A pre-preliminary offer was made by the District Attorney.
People's offer was to plead as charged. Three year total term. Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hastler is prosecuting the case.
Eshghipour is charged with four counts. Count 1: Insurance Fraud; Count 2: Fraudulent Alteration of a Medical Credential; Count 3 Fraudulent Use of an Altered Medical Credential and Practicing Medicine without Certification.
The alleged counts are from the time Eshghipour was at Eel River Dental.
