Not once, not twice, but three times Corey Fisher glared at his wife in the courtoom, who sat silently and in tears, each time she has been in court.
The first glare was brief as he walked into the courtroom. Twice, he stared at her from the stand.
Intervention was scheduled this afternoon for Fisher, the former correctional deputy charged with alleged sexual abuse of three minor males. Preliminary scheduled for November 8 was vacated.
Defense requested a continuance because they received a significant amount of discovery. People did not object.
Intervention scheduled for January 2. Preliminary for January 11.
Fisher is being represented by Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin. Deputy Public Defender Kelly Neel appeared in court today on Mr. McLaughlin's behalf, since he is in a jury trial.

If the judge was paying as much attention as Mr. Chiv, Fisher should have been admonished from the bench for attempting to intimidate a witness.
