This morning while waiting Courtroom 2 to open, I heard a man tell Mr. Tim Gray, " You don't know what you are doing. You have messed up." I later saw Edward Brinson talking with his new court appointed attorney, Ms. Andrea Sullivan.
I did a post on a Edward Brinson in 2018. Could be the same guy from this morning, hard to tell because now he has hair. There is only one Facebook photo of the guy I saw in court today but it is with children so I will not post it. I found a photo of him in a reel he posted where he and some friends said they were feeding the homeless. Brinson was in court for a 2022 case.
Brinson was arraigned on the 2022 case. Trial confirmation is on 3/27; jury trial on 4/8/24. The alleged victim, Lance Eric Ostlund, was cited and released by HCSO on possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation.

I have linked posts I did on Gray. The screenshots are for those who need a shorter visual version of the kind representation Mr. Gray provides. I have been in court several times where he cannot even remember dates and what he is there for so Brinson's case isn't the only one being jeopardized.
3/27: Edward Brinson failed to appear for trial confirmation. The hearing was continued to 4/3. Bench warrant for $60,000 was issued by Judge Kaleb Cockrum but held until 4/3 Ms. Sullivan's request.
4/3: 4/8 date vacated. Trial confirmation on 5/13; jury trial on 5/20.
