Root Birimisa is in custody at the Mendocino jail on hit and run and DUI so I knew there would be no preliminary today in his alleged molestation case in Humboldt.
"The matter was dropped from the calendar." No future dates scheduled in the Humboldt case. On 10/13, the DA had filed a discovery agreement. Details not available in e court.
Deputy Trent Timm appeared on the case for the People. Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps for Birimisa. Judge Steven Steward kept Birimisa's Humboldt bail of $675,000 as set.
