Convicted molestor Daniel Sanchez was finally sentenced today. It was a stipulated term of 55 years. I just did a post last week so have added court minutes which have breakdown for each count and Sanchez's 1035 custody credits. His custody status was changed to no bail but he is off to prison and a criminal protective order was served in court.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case. Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Sanchez's attorney and was court appointed to represent him.
