Sean Allman no show in court, three year restraining order requested by salon employee granted

On 11/17, Allman was a no show in civil restraining order case filed against him by salon employees. Commisioner Fran Greenleaf granted Mariah Leann Garlinghouse request and the TRO is now a permanent one for 3 years.

11/17 court minutes (restraining order):

This Friday, there is a hearing in Sean Allman's criminal case on the DA's motion to terminate diversion, reinstate criminal proceedings, defense request to appoint Public Guardian and diversion review. Given the ruling in the restraining order lawsuit, Allman being a no show, the mental health diversion should be terminated. If not, the Humboldt judge should explain their ruling to the public.

12/1: The hearing in his criminal case was continued to 12/15. Ms. Andrea Sullivan, co-counsel in this case will present arguments.
