Civil jury finds Dr. Erik Jannson not negligent in his diagnosis, care and treatment of Alison Nichols

 

On 11/8 motion for directed verdict was denied. On 11/9, jury reached a verdict that Dr. Erik Jannson not negligent in his diagnosis, care and treatment of Alison Nichols.

These court minutes are public record like any other court minutes. Anyone can access these records in the file or e court. Initially, last week I did not post the 11/1 and 11/2 minutes because of juror information. In criminal cases, the names are not listed. This is a civil case.Then I saw the jury foreperson's name is listed in the 11/9 minutes. The attorneys get the minutes and the judge. I post other court minutes and I am posting these court minutes as they are on public record. My readers dont need this disclaimer. This is in case any trolls & those with an agenda think they can waste my time which is a Humboldt specific intimidation tactic to silence independent reporting.
