Defense wants Public Guardian appointed for Sean Allman

I just did a post on Sean Allman on October 28 about a restraining order filed against him by local salon employees and the DA's office filing to terminate his mental health diversion. Yesterday, defense requested a Public Guardian be appointed. A hearing is set before Judge Kelly Neel on 11/13.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor. Mr. Ben Okin and Ms. Andrea Sullivan are Allman's attorneys.

11/13: Motion to terminate diversion, reinstate criminal proceedings and appoint Public Guardian was continued to 12/1 by defense. The 11/30 diversion date was vacated and continued to 12/1. Deputy DA Ian Harris appeared for Ms. Timm. Mr. Okin appeared for defense.
