Yesterday, at trial confirmation, the DA dismissed the homicide case against Matthew Gabriel Susmilch. He was ordered released from custody.
There was a four year investigation and HCSO orDA did not uncover the new evidence in a 2018 case that led to the dismissal before jury trial in 2023?
