If you have not been reading my updates and developments on former Humboldt court mediator and former CWS employee Joe Hale, you should since the information has only been reported here. I just did a post on 4/25 about protective order in Hale's case where a duplicate of actual photographs and videos will be provided to defense in discovery. That protective order states Hale's case involves the "alleged surreptitious taking of photographs and/or videos of several female undergarments and intimate parts of their bodies."
I have been checking the case daily and on a hunch, I did again today. Yesterday, the DA requested a continuance arraignment scheduled for 4/28 according to the document filed. In the order, it says there was a stipulation by both the People and the defense. No reason given. Arraignment continued to 5/22. Although I can guess a few reasons for continuance, let's see what develops.
