James Webster arrested on attempted kidnapping, burglary and vandalism charges

 


James Earl Webster was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 664/207(a) attempted kidnapping, PC 459/461(a) burglary  , PC 594(b)(2)(a) vandalism.
