No response from City of Eureka on lawsuit filed by Citizens for a Better Eureka

It has been more than three weeks since the City of Eureka was notified of the lawsuit filed by Citizens for a Better Eureka.

The litigation alleges that the City of Eureka failed to meet the CEQA requirements for the low income housing on downtown parking lots. The plaintiffs are asking the Court to stop the City of Eureka from taking further action and do another study on traffic and safety impacts.

There is no response filed by the City and no attorney listed. The City of Eureka told me no comment on pending litigation when I contacted them after the lawsuit was filed.
