Brandon Widmark, the older brother and one of the suspects taken into custody near Harris and Dolbeer has two criminal cases and two family law cases. According to his Facebook profile he is in a relationship with a third woman, the daughter of the victim in his assault case.
The DA's office wanted Widmark to be remanded into custody in the 2022 assault case but that request was denied by the Court. His custodial status was supposed to be addressed at the preliminary hearing but Widmark failed to appear and a bench warrant was issued.
Widmark has two prior criminal cases. The fugitive from justice case was dismissed. He has three family law cases.
On Facebook, Widmark states he is in relationship with a woman. She is the alleged assault victim's daughter. She is not one of the three woman in the family law cases. How many baby mamas does he have and was one of these women in the truck with him while he was driving all around town "allegedly" shooting and assaulting people?
