On March 30, I did a post with an update on the year old boy who was found unresponsive in the Ingomar Club pool in 2021. That post had an update on the status of Judy Cunha's license for Cunha's Small Family Home.
There was a negligence and wrongful civil lawsuit filed on 7/19/22. Court documents posted below.
There are several defendants in that lawsuit including Ingomar Club. A partial dismissal pertaining only to Cunha was granted on 3/3/23.
I am not posting the entire complaint or all the documents filed.
6/2/23: CMC continued to 9/1/23.
9/1/23: Next hearing on 10/16 for OSC failure to appear and failure to file CMC statement. CMC on 1/8/24.
10/16: OSC continued to 1/8/24.
1/8/24: CMC continued to 5/10/24.
